We are an outdoor fitness company running fitness classes in parks for all fitness abilities. 
 
We use cutting edge training programmes delivering result driven workouts. Using a combination of body weight exercises, strength conditioning and running our workouts are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

I used to be a member of stuffy gyms, where no one talks to each other or people stand around on their phone, but then I found ‘Be Park Fit’. A varied mix of HIIT training including body weight exercises, kit classes as well as a bit of running, with the added benefit of the fresh air of the park. 
 
Members and instructors are a friendly bunch, really welcoming and a mixture of fitness levels, with sessions tailored to all abilities whether you want to be pushed to your limits or simply improve your current fitness level! What’s not to like!’

I have been exercising at Be Park Fit for about a year and would thoroughly recommend it. I have been doing circuit training and other classes regularly for many years at a range of places. Be Park Fit is top quality and caters for a whole range of abilities. The mix of online and park classes is great, and the instructors are genuinely top quality. Professional, prepared, motivating and committed – the sessions vary regularly. Highly recommended.

Joined BPF in October 2021, I wasn’t sure whether I’d like the classes coming from CrossFit - but I’m so glad I made the move. The coaches are fantastic, each bringing their own style to the workouts. The members are great, very friendly and welcoming. The training itself is superb, will push you outside of your comfort zone and you’ll see improvements to your fitness levels and weight loss quickly if you stick to the classes and attend regularly. I’d recommend it to anyone that is bored of the gym, wants to push themselves and loves being outdoors, whatever the weather (and be prepared to get wet and muddy in the winter….)
